Shipping status:
Goods are ready>the system will send a "confirmed" letter to your email>the next day will be shipped>after the shipment will send another "sent" letter to your email>waiting to pick up the newsletter.

International parcels:
- For European and American countries (freight collect), please fill in "complete address"
- The delivery time of the goods varies from 10 to 14 days, depending on the local customs inspection time.

Product problems after shipment:
- Wrong delivery of the product:
If the product is sent incorrectly, please take a picture of the wrong product, and do not use and unpack it (use or unpacking cannot be replaced) and please leave a message in the website order. We will process it as soon as possible after receiving the message. - Commodity defect:
